The warning at the beginning of the HIT says time spent on each page is monitored to ensure workers actually read and provide proper answers. Your actual completion time will vary, since I wrote feedback.Also there's a short answer question (besides the feedback question).
Advice to Requester
Using time metrics as proof of a worker's engagement with the task will only create a headache for you (being contacted about unfair rejections) and turn away efficient mturkers who provide quality data. Most seasoned survey-taking mturkers have much higher than average reading speeds and ability to comprehend texts in shorter times. The best practice for ensuring that workers take the time required for your task is to offer fair pay so that workers don't feel rushed. You can also make use of attention checks or CAPTCHAs instead.
