Listen to a phrase and then repeat/record it. Some of the words were uncommon, so I was glad they prerecorded how they wanted you to pronounce it.Cons
There isn't a way to review or redo a recording; at all. Also, the interface doesn't allow you to start recording when you're ready. My browser's recording permission pop-up interfered with recording #1 and #2 so I had to start the HIT over (thankfully it let me).Advice to Requester

HIT format is very well constructed and essentially walks itself to the end; all you have to do is speakThe format gives you a preview of each phrase, then a chance to record it that automatically starts, followed by hearing it and a chance to re-record if you messed it up
Cons
Because it walks itself, it can't really be "sped up"

Well paid.Except for the inability to rerecord if there is an issue the layout is nice and easy to understand and use.
Cons
There is no way to rerecord something if there is an unexpected interruption in your recording or if you misspeak.Advice to Requester
Give the ability to rerecord a phrase if you want the best recordings possible.
