Rejected because I apparently completed the same survey almost half a year ago. I should have checked my records, but I didn't recognize the questions and who has time to look up every HIT they attempt just in case?Edit: The St. Louis University IRB was unhelpful as well. I can't recommend working with this requester or this school. Based on information received by another worker from the IRB and shared on TO, the requester outright lies about destroying data from rejected workers. Do HITs for Alexius Hartman or St. Louis University at your own risk.
Advice to Requester
Learn to use qualifications or screen out prior respondents. Most workers complete dozens of surveys a week, if not more; expecting us to remember yours months later when you have tools available to pre-screen, and then rejecting us when you don't utilize those tools, is unfair.

Took this HIT 4-6 months ago.I would imagine an inclusion or exclusion list would solve this problem, but it seems it is much easier to log in and simply re-post the hit.

Rejected for completing 6 months ago. This requestor does not use qualifiers to let people know they already did a hit like this.Advice to Requester
Add a qualifier to your hits that will prevent people from doing it if you are going to repost months or years apart.
