Rejected for not putting why I purchased the product. This survey was set up on a Google form with no space to write your answer. I immediately emailed the requester to explain the techechnical issues and they rejected me anyway. I emailed them again with no response after the rejection. AVOID THIS REQUESTER.

Advice to Requester

Workers should not be penalized for your technical issues. Rejections matter a great deal to us. You were contacted immediately after completion of the survey with the technical issues with both and explanation and the required information for completion.

Was rejected and given this explanation: "You didn't mention the reason. There was space under 'Others' to mention whatever you wanted to". The directions must've been pretty unclear in the first place because I don't know what they mean by that. Sent email asking to resolve this and no response from them yet, will update if I receive communication from them.
