I had an extremely positive experience with this MIT researcher. The researcher was courteous, understanding and responded quickly. They wanted to resolve the concern and set up a compensation HIT for an issue I encountered. I am very pleased with the outcome and this requester will be added to my favorites list immediately. I can't recommend their HITs enough - they are structured well, pay generously, and communication is excellent.Cons

Messaged req. regarding bonus 10/6 & 10/13Update: They got back to me within a few hours and tried to send the bonus. For whatever reason it did not go through, so they set up a compensation HIT. The original bonus was supposed to be $2.20, but the compensation HIT was for $4!
Update: And then, 3 months later, $2.20 bonus came through! Truly, the HIT that keeps on giving!

Instructions. Examples. Waiting room. 1 minute chat. Experiment. End of survey demographics and questions.So much time spent waiting. Waiting for people to show up. Waiting for people to make decisions. Waiting just for the sake of waiting... Unnecessary timed pages. Would have been nice to advance after you answered or made your selections to speed things along.
