- New requester.- Very poorly put together with lots of grammatical issues and vagueness in regards to context. Often found myself being baffled as to what they were asking and in what regards. We'll see how this turns out.

Google forms - badly worded - poor English - very bubbly and long pages - extremely repetitive - I did notice a set of questions that were repeated - poorly constructed and not thought through.

I do not feel very confident in submitting this. The survey is poorly formatted and it's also hard to understand. I had trouble figuring out some of the questions because of how poorly worded this is. Several sets of questions are also repeated.
