As I was doing the hit I realized I misread an attention check. I answered every other one correctly & as soon as I submitted it, I contacted the requester to explain what happened. Instead they rejected me for missing the AC and also something about "data being lost" which obviously isn't my fault. They included a contact email so I emailed them and received no response.

Advice to Requester

Respond to your emails. If there was some issue with data being lost on your end, that is not the fault of the worker and we should not be penalized.

Rejected - apparently I completed this twice, but there's no way to check your Worker ID in a pool of previous participants. Have emailed requester.
*Update - requester was very quick to respond and overturned rejection.
