Equally possible, if not more likely, to receive a bonus of $0 due to the "random chance" of the computer opting for the bonus distribution method that offers no chance of one.Advice to Requester
Provide a higher mandatory bonus, and don't pad out your average by having such a steep delta between the maximum and minimum.
