Can be done faster, I spent a little bit of time writing a comment at the end about the issues to the right.Cons
There's a fair amount of typos, they don't affect the ability to answer the questions, but I find it annoying when requesters threaten rejection for several reasons and then don't have the professionalism to proofread their own survey. One question in the last section has answers repeated from a different question, so either answer you choose doesn't make sense.

Too many questions for that pay. I was especially irritated by the recaptcha just before getting the completion code. I mean, I just finished the survey, do I really need to prove I'm human NOW? Isn't that something one would think to verify before a survey is filled out?

on the questions with the likert scales, you could not see the buttons/tiles because they were white buttons with a white border on a white background.
