Time is going to vary based on certain factors, so this might not be the same as you. There's bonus potential, but not a lot of info on how to get the bonus other than be detailed in the writing bits. Oh, and there's some writing bits.

Lots of "explain your answer" writing, which pops up only depending on your answers to certain questions. A bug in the survey made one demographic question unanswerable for me; I had to leave my answer in the comments box.
