Wonky, no-name platform makes you tab through each individual radio bubble, so you can't efficiently tab through the answers. Writing section in the middle. Generally lengthy. No completion code used. No completion code field on the HIT page.

Survey is primariily about death and has virtually no questions related to purchasing products. No code at end, no option to submit code or ID, so I have no idea how they plan to track the surveyAdvice to Requester
Have a more accurate title, find someone at your university with experience using mturk as a requester to help you set up your next survey,
