I just set the timer for 20 minutes so the requester doesn't get marked as paying $1000/hr. This HIT is compensation for letting an extension run in your browser for months.Cons
Wasn't 100% sure if this was safe to submit because the initial HIT for this study must have been months ago. I didn't receive an invitation to complete this HIT or any email updates about it, but I did remember I was in some type of interent browser study and I saw I had been granted the qual for this HIT. Also I think the requester may have made the initial HIT on a different account? Not entirely sure. Turns out it was safe to submit though and was approved within a day.
