kinda sketchy/vague instructions to talk to a bot that is horrible broken. asked it many times/many ways and it didnt respond well, i even stated this in the comments, did 5, 2 rejected with the following reasonFailed to interact with the Virtual Assistant as instructed. Either your questions were not phrased in the specified conversational manner (you used only keywords), you asked less than three questions, they did not address the requested specific feature, or they were not relevant to the requested type of information. Also, you may not have paid sufficient attention to the system's responses in providing feedback.
aka blanket rejection, dont think i will work for them again, on the block list
Advice to Requester
get a working chat bot, dont fault the user for having massive issues with your interface, explain exactly what the rejection is for, not a blanket rejection with multiple options it *COULD* be, if any

Another known random rejector. This rejection clearly shows the requestor does not understand the nuances of American English. I thought I did an amazing job and in truth I took a lot of time on this hit trying to get the chatbot to work right. But it would not.The actual feedback: "Failed to interact with the Virtual Assistant as instructed: you did not provide queries or feedback on the correct page corresponding to the specific type of information. For example, on a page requesting an overview of the feature, you asked about how it works."
Well crap on me, but in the american english language when you want an overview of anything you want to know how it works. This leaves me convinced we are not dealing with native English speakers here. Their own rejection statement is absurd.
Advice to Requester
When you ask for subjective work do not be surprised at the subjective results. If you are getting the wrong answers you are probably asking the wrong questions.

Reason for rejection same as stated in above review. Attempted to communicate with requester to request manual review and received "sorry, there's really nothing we can do about it" reply.
