Hoping I can overturn this with an email or two.
They replied to my email.
So apparently I truly did fail an attention check that was quite obvious. It asked for the current month/year but I answered with my year of birth.
I was working fast towards the latter half as this HIT was underpaid . I'm not surprised that I may have missed one of the more "gotcha" attention checks.
Suffice it to say, you must exercise some caution on their stuff. Here, they let you keep doing their survey, submit it, then reject it for failing even one of their checks.
Advice to Requester
Rout people out of your survey if they fail attention checks instead of handing out rejections. It will save time for both you and the workers.

Underpaid, it takes roughly 14-20 minutes to do this. Some of the questions you need to add and divide a lot of numbers.
