says no more than 5 minutes at the beginning but its actually quite a complex line of questioning about a couple qualities you have to choose and also describe, so some writing is involved. I found it frustrating simply because of the bad time estimate given, which made it feel to me like the study was going on and on, but all in all I think the pay is correct and the job is fair.
