The survey states that it consists of three sections. However, the survey actually contained four sections.The first section contained thirteen multiple choice questions about your 'work experience at the current company.'
The second section contained a similarity assessment of a single multiple choice question.
The third section consisted of eight multiple choice questions regarding you assessment of the mental state of the person presented in the vignette.
The fourth section consisted of nine multiple choice questions regarding how you yourself would feel if you were placed within the previous vignette.
All of the multiple choice questions within the survey used the standard 6-point Likert psychometric scale ranging from strongly disagree to strongly agree.
A final section within the survey contained a few minor demographic questions including; gender, age, length of time you've been working in your current organization, and the number of times you have changed your job.
