Survey was much quicker than the estimated time. I believe the requester genuinely meant 20 minutes to be the maximum it should take anyone to complete.Cons

Don't be quite that generous on your completion estimation time. It looks like some saw that estimation and reviewed the HIT with that in mind, even though they didn't actually take it.
