Pay is decent, good if you include the bonuses90% of HITs will take 25 seconds, but not much in the way of workflow improvements to increase the hourly
Bonus pays out almost immediately, and its double what they advertise in the HIT.
Cons
Completion codes can have symbols (-) in them that break easy copy/pasting.Their HITs are almost always set up with workflow efficiency flaws (re-entering demos, pointless click-through pages, etc).

I actually got a reply back about poor data quality on the query generation hits, but they claim they're not able to do much about people scamming their hits because they apparently have multiple accounts.Cons
A lot of queries are clearly written by non-English natives.Doesn't know how to use US only quals or make a qual test you can't retake in 2 minutes despite having been on mturk for years.

I've always been approved from SNIPS. I've had wonderful encounters with them and I love doing voice recording hits, they are such easy money.Cons
The lag time between recordings gets a bit defeating and the fact that I have to "listen" to a guy saying the same sentence every other recording gets a bit old.
