there was one question per page and the page would not advance until the question was answered so it is not possible that I accidently skipped a question. And my browser saves completion codes when I submit a hit using one so I still have the completion code used to submit this hit given all of this the reason given for the rejection makes no sense. I have emailed the requestor asking for clarification.
