I've done five so far and I struggle to finish these in under eight minutes. I'm a fast worker and this is the kind of hit I excel at. Maybe if I did a couple of dozen I could get my times down to six minutes, but even that would be minimum wage, which isn't reasonable considering it's a closed qual that requires writing.Advice to Requester
I would recommend either cutting the number of videos per hit or bumping the pay up to 85 cents to encourage better workers to invest time on these hits. Adding a word counter would improve workflow and cut down on the time workers spend on each video. I like these hits and would do more if the pay was better.

Pros
When I first started doing this type of task, I had a hard time with it and got pretty low rates. But when I got the hang of it and more comfortable with the interface (which can be a bit buggy, though), I've gotten more efficient, and with the bumped up pay, the pay rating has gone way up.Cons

I personally enjoy the chance to do tasks that require some brain usage. I really enjoyed the abstract brain teaser aspect they offered and I've never had a problem with Memento as a requester.Cons
