Interesting high-quality videos clips. The requester is proactive about resolving server issues and seeking feedback to improve the layout and flow of the HITs. They have done a lot to modify the format of the HITs and after some trial and error have settled on a pretty solid format. Communication with this requester is quite good.Cons
Unfortunately, there are semi-frequent issues that result in HITs not submitting at the very final step, and you are forced to return the HIT. There doesn't seem to be a way to predict which HITs will fail to submit. Sometimes this happens in bunches, but sometimes it's ever 3rd or 4th HIT which gets super frustrating and cuts the hourly even lower.Advice to Requester
Some failure-to-submit errors seem to be the result of MTurk logging a worker-out while they are working on a HIT, then the HIT won't submit for any other worker after that. If there was some way to embed a "still logged-in?" check prior to allowing workers to submit then this might cut down on some of the HITs that fail to submit.

Suddenly there are a ton of tags to sort in this batch, and most of them have nothing to do with the video. Way too much for the pay. It even hung for a couple minutes before it submitted, must have been on overload.
