It didn't occur to me to include until I'd passed the "please expand", but I make a point of not following pages or posters on Facebook who constantly post things that upset, anger, or sadden me. To include "unfollowing" family where necessary. I am on Facebook to keep in touch with family, a VERY few closest friends, and local pages that can't be bothered to be on other platforms (rural area); doomscrolling is insane.
