TOS violation as you need to use your own email address to sign up on a website (I have junk emails, whatevs).All instructions are in the hit window, so you'll want to niftysplit or keep going back to the HIT tab.
There's no real way to verify I really filled the stuff out, so I took a screenshot in case this is a rejection coming.
I got a scammy vibe from this, like they want ratings for their business or something.
