90% approval rating so you know going in the requester is not good
not told what your bonus is....not that there's a snowball's chance in hell you're getting one anyway
Advice to Requester
just pay people fairly and stop all the bonus tricks that aren't explicitly told to workers and are never paid anyways

Low amount of questions per page. Sometimes it's only 2 or 3 sliders, other times 5Long and redundant
3 sections. In the 3rd section, the questions and pages move and advance for you. Sort of annoying, especially if you miss a question...have to scroll back up or move the page back
