Instant approval. No writing, all bubbles.Interesting questions compared to standard surveys. Was kinda refreshing to see a survey like this because I think this is an important issue for many young girls and women. That's just my two cents. Not sure if there are different survey versions though.

Several of the pages are timed for ten seconds and you can't advance but it's not too bad.
