MASS REJECTIONS
some are hard to understand and need to be replayed multiple times.
It's usually CHILDREN working these recordings, so pretty unethical.

Advice to Requester

give a reason for rejections and be more clear with what is and is not acceptable in instructions.

The length of each transcription segment is short

Because it is foreign language speakers, what I hear and interpret might not match to the exact statement the speaker is making. HITs have been rejected due to "poor transcription" but it does not specify if I, misspelled a word, did not have the proper statement transcribed, or if I am missing words.

Advice to Requester

A little more specific reasoning other than "poor transcription" would be helpful. It makes me not want to complete your HITs if I don't know what I am doing wrong,

Advice to Requester

You are asking people to translate what they hear so it is subjective. Unless the HIT translation by the worker is nowhere near what was originally recorded there should be no rejections for grammar or missing words. Your speakers are not native English speakers so there are going to be errors in their speaking.
