Thank you so much for taking our survey and for your feedback. Our IRB unfortunately requires the name for the consent form, which is something I have argued with them over and over again and they won’t back off. That’s why there is a HiPAA portion on the consent form as well, which is uncommon for online studies. We can definitely add a progress bar, thanks for the suggestion! The third part is an old test that’s hard to adapt electronically, but that’s a good point; we will try to work on it.
