Very easy and well paidTwo Google forms, 2 pages each. One before the exercise, one after. (They are almost identical but, the second one requires two very brief written responses about your experience)
The meditation exercise opens in an external link. It's roughly 7 minutes long, easy to listen to and do
Very long timer provided (was either 5 or 6 hours)

HOTD!There must be different versions? Idk...there was a return review with something about 14 pages. That was not my experience at all.

I actually let this sit for a minute and feel like this was way too easy...we shall see.
