Bonus received 2 days after communication with clear and polite response as to why it hadn't been sent yet. Bonus was doubled due to the time delay, but I'm keeping the original bonus listed.Cons
Timed video, timed writing, don't think the bonus can amount to much in general but I could be wrong. It's been a month and I haven't received the bonus.

Bonus based on your portfolio performance. Nothing stated at the end. I thought I did well. Going to put a 1 cent place holder for now.Edit (8/30): I thought I was entitled to a bonus, but after sending a few communications to the requester, my portfolio didn't do as well as I thought. Removed the bonus placeholder. Also rated communication.

ymmv; can definitely be done faster. No approval rating right now, as the requester hasn't been active in a couple years, but this is a 99% requester - 1200 reviews on TV w/ no rejections...Cons
