- HIT Rejected
Pros
The Hit seemed straight forward; just arrange portraits based on order of what I thought was best to worst looking.Cons
The hit was rejected, saying "Didn't pass consistency checks." I didn't really rush through this, so I have no idea what constitutes consistency, but considering human opinion to fluctuate constantly, it was probably not putting the images in the exact same order as another identical group of images. I wrote to the requester about this. Not holding my breath for a reply, but will update if I get one.Advice to Requester
It might not be the best idea to use "consistency" as your attention check on an opinion based HIT.Didn't pass consistency checks

Not happy seeing someone got rejected over the 'consistency check'. The only thing I think is certain photos were posted more than once and if you did not put them in the same order when you came across that photo again the requester might ding you for that. However, some of these seemed to be subjective, and missing a 'check' could just be an honest mistake. I dislike requesters that do this. I was worried after submitting about this rejection criteria because I was pretty sure I messed up on one of them. I hope the rejection gets reversed for this reviewer!

Absolutely terrible hit due to page timers. 50 questions all on a single page with a 15 second timer for each. One of those hits were the requester tries so hard to prevent bad data that they encourage it instead. Am I more likely to focus if I can progress though a survey at a natural pace or does the forced 10 seconds on staring at the screen waiting for an arrow to appear break my focus?
