press E and I for about fifteen minutes and then several pages of bubbles. The only reason I finished it was to see exactly how long it took me to do it. I tried to fill out the comments form, but it took me straight to the code almost like it knew I was going to let them know their study was horrifically underpaid.Advice to Requester
Please have the courtesy to pay the workers fairly. This was no where near fair compensation for the time spent.

Coronavirus survey.One of those "press one key if you see one type of image, press another key if you see another type of image" tasks, followed by a mind numbing number of bubbles.
if you try to type anything into the 'comments and suggestions' box it will automatically forward to the confirmation page.
Underpaid trash.

-Says you can skip some questions at the start if they don't apply but you can't. I had to enter something-Asks for email address twice
-No code at the end
-This entire thing seems sketchy I feel a rejection is likely.
