Responded to my email relatively quickly and assured me that if I got a code at the end he wouldn't reject, despite the issues.Instant approval.
Cons
Ran into three broken ACs that the requester said had been fixed but had not (I ended up choosing incorrect answers to get past them, based on their communication). One AC was needlessly terrible, but at least it wasn't broken, so?

-Mental Anguish experienced at the hands of ridiculous and broken A/C's.-I did not receive a response to my email but I'm assuming that I caught them at the tail end of their onslaught of messages about their borked A/C's.
-I received two codes, so emailed them that as well.
Advice to Requester
Don't threaten rejections for missed A/C's and then post a hit with broken A/C's that will only allow you to move forward if you select the wrong answer. Also, some of your A/C's are a little... extra... I would suggest re-evaluating.

Fairly easy hit...if it approves. I emailed about broken attention checks and they emailed back.Cons
All broken attention checks, I emailed them and they said they corrected the problem and to go ahead and proceed. I received two different codes at the end so I emailed them the other code as well. YOLO
