-Ticking timebomb in my opinion. If it were not a slow day, I would have avoided this one with all the red flags listed above
-Can't copy the completion code which isn't short either

An attention check on every page of the survey is excessive!! Multiple threats of rejection on the final page. Talks about leaving quality open ended questions, when there were no open ended questions in this survey!
