Rejected for missing an attention question, which is highly unusual for me because of how slow I typically read. Contacted the requester for further information and I guess I'll update if I get a response?Update 08/11/2020: Response received from the requester:

We reviewed your responses and the following is the attention-check question that you failed to answer correctly.
Question: Please check the statement that appeared in the ad.

The correct answer: True

For the record, as long as MTurkers failed attention-check questions, they will be knocked out immediately. As a result, we will no longer collect or use these participants’ data.

It was a memory-based attention check question which, in general, are pretty unfair to reject based on someone's memory. I doubt it's going to get overturned, so I'll go ahead and recommend blocking this requester.
Update 08/24/2020: Requester reversed the rejection after taking my points of contention into consideration. Surprise, surprise - they were reasonable and I retract my recommendation to block.

I pay attention and try to do my best work. Looks like this requester has a habit of rejecting for this reason, so maybe they're extra sneaky about ACs, or maybe there's an error somewhere. I don't recommend doing any work for them.

I try my best to always do careful work on every HIT I do. It's possible, but not likely, that I missed an attention-check question. I feel this was an unfair rejection.
