UPDATE 11 MARCH 2021: This was initially rejected for "wrong validation code. could not be matched with the data set." That didn't make sense; I always copy/paste the code and double check it before submitting the hit, and I never do more than one hit at a time. Initial messages to the requester and then to both researchers with the code went unanswered so I contacted the IRB. Larissa (the requester) finally got back to me saying my data was approved; it took 2 or 3 days more to get the rejection reversed (she said she'd uploaded the file twice and had contacted MTurk about it) but the hit is finally showing Paid, 24 days after I did it. The IRB also did a followup to be sure the issue was resolved. I have upgraded Communication slightly to reflect that but it would have been nice if I hadn't had to go to all that trouble.- terrible pay
- video loading issues, made worse when I did as instructed and moved around the video
- video could cause dizziness/eyestrain (it made me slightly dizzy) or possibly trigger seizures in people who are sensitive to visual overstimulation
- oh yeah, and there's the rejection...

Please respond promptly to messages from workers and make an effort to work with them to resolve issues they bring up.
