Rejected with feedback: "did not pass test for really reading the case check! Bots did fill in most of the questionnary"This is not a satisfactory reason. I went back and looked at the survey again to see what the requester's talking about and there aren't even any attention checks in this survey. You read a scenario, then answer opinion questions "based on the text you read".
Also, I don't even know how the requester would know if bots mostly filled in the survey since there are no true AC's or bot checks. My guess is requester is randomly rejecting/rejecting everything or they are presuming how I should feel and my answers didn't line up with their expectations so they rejected. Will email requester and update if necessary.
Update: Requester responded to email. Not really sure what they are asking from me and their response does not make sense. Being a new requester does not stop you from reversing a rejection as far as I'm aware.

Update 5/19: Finally noticed today the rejection got overturned. Never received any further communication from the requester about the issue. In the end I spent way too much time on this 30 cent HIT.

How is this even acceptable?Dear MTurk workers, I would like to indicate that my entire study has been ruined by the bots (>70%). No one passed the control questions. Because of this I want to indicate that I have rejected everyone in this batch. I also sent an email to MTurk, to solve the problems for the serious workers. I asked amazon to pay for them and fix there hit problem. I cannot pay the money for everyone... I will also stop using MTurk from now on. Greetings, Vedatski ditisvoorrec@gmail.com

Advice to Requester
How can you justify making everyone do the work and just because a problem happened at your end you decide not to pay for the data you received. Pretty unethical if you ask me!

hopefully this one isn't rejected...req still has 45% AR..Well after this idiot rejected the first batch of hits for his own ineptitude, he reversed rejections after being emailed about it and how he did the exact same thing again. Will definitely be blocking this terrible req now
