Insultingly stupid >3 minute "instructions" video explaining something that doesn't need that depth of explanation, other things that could use explained not explained at all.Pay rating reduced due to insulting "bonus" on top of already-underpaid HIT.
Advice to Requester
I assume any "social program" will accomplish nothing but buying votes, lining donors' pockets, and making anything it affects worse. I also assume any and all studies about such topics are bought and paid-for. Judging a level of effectiveness of a program based on no information but a "study's confidence range" is utter nonsense without information about the program and why I should trust the researchers.
