Minimum wage in AZ is now 13.85/hr. This is coming in at $2.60/hr below that. Therefore, this is underpaid. How hard is it REALLY to set your midpoint at the highest min. wage in the country, which is DC's at 16.50/hr, and go from there? I'm sick of answering this.
