Seems to be decently paid. Wage may differ based on topic in question. Also, I reached out to the req to see if multiple HITs in the group could be completed, given that each seems to cover a different topic, and they responded within minutes that it would be acceptable.Cons
Some brief writing prompts.Update: Having done a few more of these, I am adjusting the hourly down, as many of the topics are a bit harder. The new wage reflects my experience over the course of 3 HITs. Also, the page started auto-scrolling down the text for no apparent reason, which really slowed me down, having to scroll up multiple time through the last task in order to get back to where I was at in the articles.

HIT is done in-frame on the MTurk site. Sort of a misleading title: you're given a Wikipedia article and all you do to summarize is click on various sentences to create a hodgepodge answer to a question (the question is the same for all 8 summaries), you do not have to independently summarize the article in your own words. The only writing you have to do is in the post-task survey, which is 2 free response questions plus one radio button demographic question.Cons

the task in and of itself isn't hard, but....Cons
67% approval rating for a requester posting 20+ min hits means there's significant risk you're going to sink a lot of time into something and then not get paid for it. playing with fire
