Easy. Watch a 3 minute video, followed by bubbles.Good pay....I could have done this at least 3 minutes faster save for a mistake I made (see below)
Cons
When you watch the video, there is a bubble/button to the left of it. Apparently, if you don't tick the button, you can't advance after the video. This is odd because you have to press play to make the video start, and the arrow to advance pages doesn't show up until you've let the video play to the end.Since I didn't tick the bubble, when I pressed the arrow to advance, it said that I had to watch the video. So, I had to waste an extra 3 minutes letting it play through again before I could actually take the survey.

Three minute video at the beginning which can't be skipped.And if you don't notice the radio button at the left of the video at the start, like say if the instructions don't mention it, you won't be able to select the Next button and will have to select the radio button and watch the stupid video AGAIN!

as others have said, make sure you click the radio button next to the video. thanks to TV, i was able to skip the hassleone sentence of writing (it's fine, seriously)
