This hit can be done faster than I completed it. Pretty easy hit, straight forward and a nice break from a traditional survey.Communication: I had an issue submitting a hit and emailed the requester. I received a fairly quick reply, and was told if I was able to get a different one to submit I would be bonused for my attempt at the hit I had to return. I was able to get a different hit to submit and even though I told them there was no need to bonus me for the failed hit because I was positive it was my error, they still sent me a bonus for the attempt, and sent a follow up email to encourage me to work on more of their hits.

Short survey, questions are simple, but mostly about how you prefer to interact (phone or otherwise) with a doctor's office. Only one decision at the end about which of two voices you prefer. Some writing, but it's short.Cons
