I found these Slightly vague instruction wise...left to use your own judgement. If that was intentional, fantastic. If there is specific criteria on formulating an opinion it would be lovely to see that in instructional format that isn't obtrusive to the HIT. Especially concerning the difference between the upper most and bottom most of the scale rating system. The instructions were present but the wording in them didn't match the scale I was choosing from.
