Rejection reversed. Changed pay to 'fair' because of the extra time taken and aggravation experienced. I hope the requester was not expecting a full name on that consent form cuz not gonna happen.
I remember when I took this survey that the consent form link was not working. I will update if this gets reversed. For all my years of turking and doing surveys this is the first time I received a rejection over a consent form. I knew I should have taken a pass on this one when I took it. Something just felt off about the whole thing.
Odd, awkward format.

Rejected because I didn't sign a consent form. I have since signed the consent form and will update this if I am approved.

I have been mturking since 2014 and I have never had anything like this happen.

Advice to Requester

Approve the HITs. Your mistake with the consent form should not be a reason to reject us.
