HIT timed out after 10 minutes - not enough time to complete survey, so was unable to submit HIT> Contacted researcher with my code - she said I didn't do they survey. Then she said she couldn't put in a new HIT to pay me. I asked her to delete the data, she said I didn't do survey again. THEN she finds my survey through my unique code. Got deleted, no pay.Advice to Requester
You need more than 10 minutes on your HIT timer. Its not a suggested time limit - workers get locked out after that time and cannot submit nor retake the HIT.
