I got rejected, which doesn't surprise me. I had trouble with the site and instructions, and was worried this might happen. The rejection message was pretty vague. Contacted the requester and am awaiting a response as of Nov 2, 2019, 7:42 AM EST.

Make sure to read the instructions thoroughly because it wasn't a typical survey. You have to log in with a temp ID into an external site and the navigation is kind of weird.
