"disconnected from server" on the very last question and when I clicked the reload button the survey offered, it brought me back to the beginningslider didn't initially work in my first browser, needed to do it in another browser,
based on those issues above, I didn't get a code so I just wrote a note in the code box and submitted, so I will possibly get a rejection?

Most pages auto-advance, and it was pretty laggy for me so ymmv. Several brief open-ended questions to explain your choices, not bad but a couple didn't seem to apply to my study condition maybe, or were just a bit poorly worded. No progress bar, but there are announcements when you're at 40% and 80%.

-Bonus dependent on correct answers, and some of the rationale for the ultimate "yes/no" is difficult to figure out-Non-bonus should probably be bumped up a bit given the amount of instructions and poor pay if you don't get a worthwhile bonus
