Rejected because they "don't feel like I followed the instructions". Contacted them, no response. Will update the review if they respond.Update: Took 2 weeks of back-and-forth with them over email for them to finally reverse the rejection. They were polite and all, but I shouldn't have been rejected in the first place, so there's that.

I tried to complete a hit of theirs yesterday and it crashed while working on it. I sent them a message and they replied straight away. They set up a compensation hit for me and paid me the full amount when they did not have to. What a great requester, I highly recommend them.Cons
