The researchers need to word things that the laymen can understand easily, not the terms that they as researchers use. I had to reread some sections a couple of times to try and understand what they were even trying to get at, the use of those terms like "omni-blahblahblah" can be simplified into "explain like i'm five" terms.Just simply ask, have you used a stores online app or website and subsequently gone into the store for the items etc. it's actually silly how convoluted it became.
