Great hourly... But omg, the consCons
1) Have to put a 3rd party app on your phone(not that big of a deal in my mind)2) Restricted to only Iphone users
3) The hourly on this HIT can vary wildly based on how accurate the software is in calibrating where you are looking. I honestly feel that in between web pages, when you have to recalibrate, the software turns to crap, and struggles to focus on your eyes. The biggest gripe is if you dont destroy the 5 robots with your eyes, you then have to recalibrate again, however starting with your fingers first. So when you click the robots with your fingers, it changes the angle of the phone and thus, adjusts how it sees your eyes, which throws the entire thing off. Had this not paid so well, I would throw it back based on frustration alone.
4) The pages it loads are super laggy and unfortunately, not long enough where you can just stay on a single page for the duration of the 10 minutes, but are essentially forced to go back to another article which forces the dreaded recalibration.
5) Overall, if you are on the fence about getting a new iPhone, take this HIT since you may end up destroying it midway through in frustration of failing the recalibration tests.

Really easy task, my recommendation is to pick a longer article that you know you'll actually enjoy reading because you have to recallibrate with the game between every article. I picked two articles that were neat Amazon product finds that both took up the entire 10 minutes of reading, which made the task go much faster - and it was actually something I enjoyed reading, which made the task more enjoyable.Very generous timer (over 2 days) which was very much appreciated seeing as you have to be in the right environment for the callibration to properly work.
Cons
The first callibration is a little rough, and you definitely need to follow the directions of being in a well lit, but NOT natural light setting. I tried a couple times in my office but because I have a window in the room it wouldn't work.

The app they want you to test is now a legitimate app in the store, rather than a trial within a beta app - which is reassuring. The news articles are varied and it was easy to use up the mandatory 10 minutes of browsing with stuff I was actually interested in. Brief (I think 9 bubble questions) survey about experience with the app after.Cons
Well now they have 10 minutes of footage of my face and facial reactions from only a few inches away.
