The most bizarre, time-consuming "mind clearing" exercise beforehand will eat up 80% of the time you take this. It's a sentence unscrambler, it goes on forever, and some of the sentences aren't immediately obvious (to me, anyway). The only thing this did was to clear my mind of any emotion but massive irritation, and made me LESS mindful of the actual survey content, because at that point the hourly had dropped to suboptimal levels and I wasn't going to be spending copious amounts of time on thoughtful answers.- No feedback form to tell them any of this.
Advice to Requester
If you want an annoying "mind clearing" exercise, make us watch a 30 second video or do a short writing prompt. Unless the point was to piss us off and not care, in which case, congratulations!
